My dad "Sam" began making his Italian Sausage in 1982 for a local festival in Anderson Township. The festival at the time was the largest in the area, the Comboni Mission Festival. He did this to raise money for the missionaries. Since the years have past, he began to make Italian Sausage for several functions in and around Anderson Township.
